about us

A social group of dedicated fly fishers who are passionate about fly fishing in the tropical north of Australia and equally as passionate about the close camaraderie this sport brings. This passion and dedication led to the creation of the NT Flyfishers Social Mob blog site; an interactive and creative outlet where everyone can share our wonderful fly fishing adventures and link into the “after fishing” social events we enjoy in this incredible part of the world.

Quick report - Sunday outing.

Didn't see another fly fishers, my deckie also not there (Adelaide weekend with his wife).
Day a bit squally to start with but calmed off nicely, conditions seemed perfect but fish didn't show up.
One queenie, a trevally, and two estuary cod.

Did see a land based softly plastic guy get two barra at almost low tide off the rocks at lee point
85 and 65cm. Nice silver fish!

Thanks
