about us

A social group of dedicated fly fishers who are passionate about fly fishing in the tropical north of Australia and equally as passionate about the close camaraderie this sport brings. This passion and dedication led to the creation of the NT Flyfishers Social Mob blog site; an interactive and creative outlet where everyone can share our wonderful fly fishing adventures and link into the “after fishing” social events we enjoy in this incredible part of the world.

BYNOE MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND.

Just heard from Phil,

"By the way Fishing at Bynoe on Saturday was insane. Huge Queenies and GT's also Barra      everywhere. Did not get any further than Knife due to the fish numbers. Intended to get up to Indian!! We didn't launch until about 10 am - a Mothers Day weekend but absolutely great fun."

Apparently schools of queenies around a metre, and similar GT's.  Sound great.  We'll get more from him out at the cup, but sounds like the Salt is warming up for the fishing.
